Juliet Kong
President and CEO

Juliet Kong brings over fifteen years of experience to the International Trade business. Her extensive background includes international and domestic logistics, Customs clearance and import-export consultation and representation. She is multicultural, fluent in Portuguese, understands Chinese and Spanish and is a joyful supporter of all involved in International Trade.

As president of Key International Shipping, she has assisted numerous individuals and companies to expand internationally by teaching them the process of preparing correct international documentation and providing detailed information on the movement of goods. In addition, Juliet has reached out and given back to the community by working with several non-profit relief agencies such as Operation USA, Hope Worldwide and Wheels for Humanity to arrange their shipments of relief goods to some of the poorest areas of the world.

Juliet has been a featured speaker and consultant on international trade and logistics for various organizations such as the City of Long Beach College, the Long Beach Center for International Trade Development, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Mentors International, the Foundation for Emerging Markets, the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center, the World Trade Center, the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and others.

 

 Rachel Gotiong
Accounting Consultant

Rachel is a numbers person and handles all of the Accounting functions for Key International Shipping since August of 2005.  She has 17 years experience in the accounting industry which started in the Philippines as a Financial Analyst in a banking environment, and subsequently as an Accountant for retail, manufacturing, import, construction and health industries.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of San Carlos in the Philippines.  She also speaks both English and Tagalog

 

 

Cristina Silva
International Moving Coordinator

Cristina Silva is Key International Shipping moving expert. She brings more than 20 years of experience in international moving and can really make the process of moving a pleasant experience for our customers. Cristina takes pride in providing a very customized support to our clients, carefully examining their requests and needs in order to suggest the best options within the budget. The environment friendliness of the moving process is also always in her mind and she does make suggestions on how to keep the move ecologically correct.

Cristina started her career in Brazil, where she worked for a multinational logistics company and  for Brazil's biggest international moving company. There she developed methodology for help desk, targeting cutomers moving abroad, and a practical international moving manual. She holds a BA in Humanities from Veiga de Almeida University of Rio de Janeiro and has extensive training in Human Relations.
 
 

Cimara Bailey
Business Development Consultant

As a Business Development Consultant for Key International Shipping, Cimara Bailey has helped us to cultivate our relationship with our clients and prospective new clients. She has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication and Editorial Management and holds a Master Degree in Communication Management from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
